LARC and Capital Region Climate Readiness Collaborative hosted Building Community Resilience: Extreme Heat Strategies from Los Angeles and Sacramento, the second and final Joint Public Forum on May 16, 2022. This discussion focused on social solutions and social infrastructure to support equity and community resilience. Speakers shared information on solutions to extreme heat for all residents, including people with disabilities and people who are unhoused.
