LA CDC LEED-Gold Headquarters Tour & Discussion

  • Community Development Commission Headquarters 700 W Main St Alhambra, CA, 91801 United States (map)

The Community Development Commission of the County of Los Angeles creates partnerships with developers to help address the local housing shortage through new affordable housing units and preservation of existing units. As they continue to support new and existing housing, they promote sustainability in the living spaces they provide for the community. Given their focus on providing healthy and efficient homes, they exemplify this in their LEED-Gold headquarters.

Join the Developer, LEED AP and architect as they lead us through a tour of the building and discuss the key sustainable components of the buildings and the strategies they used to achieve them.
