LARC Member the UCLA Lewis Center, together with the Institute of Transportation studies are hosting a lecture by Michelle Boehm the Southern California Regional Director of the California High-Speed Rail Authority. 

 Michelle Boehm has a proven record of managing transportation planning and project development activities in Southern California. She most recently was a Vice President for engineering firm CH2M HILL’s Transportation Business Group where she was responsible for overseeing Business Development and Community Outreach for Southern California.
