Join the Santa Monica Black Empowerment Association (SMBEA) for Pedal for Progress, a scenic bike ride through Santa Monica, featuring a tour of historic Black landmarks. Along the way, we'll promote sustainability, clean air, home electrification, and mental health awareness in our community.
The Bike-a-thon will start at Virginia Avenue Park with two scheduled rides. The 10 AM ride is focused on sustainability, clean air, and home electrification.
After the rides, join us at the SMBEA office at 520 Arizona Avenue for a resource fair, where you can connect with local organizations like QuitCarbon.
