Representatives from Inland southern California local and regional governments, tribal governments, community-based organizations, philanthropy, and institutions of higher education are invited to a workshop alongside key State agencies to coordinate on the region’s energy, land use, and climate barriers and solutions, including a focus on funding access.
This first meeting aims to establish an ongoing Regional Energy and Climate Hub (REACH), an extension of the State and Local Energy and Climate Coordination (SLECC) effort led by CCEC and the Strategic Growth Council. REACH Inland Empire will offer a streamlined communication and ideation hub for key state and regional stakeholders to work together more closely to elevate and catalyze place-based energy, land use, and climate progress.
