On April 13, LARC members gathered to discuss current projects and grants. Thank you Natalie Kaye, UCLA Sustainable LA Grand Challenge, for introducing us to a new collaborative project determine solutions to sustainable transportation problems, and to Heather Repenning, LA Metro, and Rosie Kang, TRC, for presenting a variety of climate resilience and adaptation funding opportunities. During our network coordination session, we heard members ask for support using LARC's new Slack workspace, created as a forum to discuss climate resources and grants. We hosted a subsequent Slack training on Wednesday, May 3 at 8:30-9:00 for LARC Members, under-resourced cities, and staff from EJ organizations.
