Climate Justice and Compounding Crises

In honor of Global Adaptation Month, join the National Adaptation Forum and EcoAdapt for this climate equity focused webinar featuring a panel of environmental justice leaders. The panel will breakdown the EPA's recent de-regulation order connected to the COVID-19 crisis and highlight why this compounds existing climate risks faced by environmental justice communities. The session will provide an opportunity for participants to identify solutions to inequity while preparing for climate change.

Panelists:
Adrienne Hollis, Senior Climate Justice and Health Scientist, Union of Concerned Scientists
Hilton Kelley, Founder & Director, Community In-Power and Development Association Inc.
Mustafa Santiago Ali, Vice President of Environmental Justice, Climate, and Community Revitalization, National Wildlife Federation
Dr. Sacoby Wilson, Applied Environmental Health Associate Professor, University of Maryland
