Initial 100 year storm results from the U.S. Geological Survey’s Coastal Storm Modeling System (CoSMoS) are now available for the Orange County region. FloodRISE and the Sustainability Initiative at UC Irvine, in partnership with USC Sea Grant, is offering a free webinar in which Dr. Patrick Barnard, Coastal Geologist at USGS, will provide an overview on the CoSMoS model and the sea level rise and coastal storms projections for our Orange County coastline.
