Los Angeles is taking innovative approaches to dealing with the issue of Climate Change. Be it reducing emissions on a smaller city wide level to the large scale county wide level, Los Angeles in many ways is working to create a more environmentally conscious way of life. The California Climate Action Plan Database (CCAP Database) contains more than 250 city and county climate action plans (CAPs) in California. The CCAP Database was created and is maintained by Professors Michael R. Boswell, Ph.D. and Adrienne Greve, Ph.D. of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
